Are Tata Harper products 100% natural?
Yes, we formulate and manufacture all of our products using 100% natural and non-toxic ingredients, with no synthetic chemicals, artificial fragrances, or fillers.
How do I check the freshness of my product?
Every product features a 'Batch Code' on the bottom of the bottle. You can enter this code on our website's Traceability page to see exactly when your product was made and meet the team who crafted it.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $50. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered via carbon-neutral shipping partners.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your glow. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of gently used products within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.
Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?
Tata Harper is PETA-certified cruelty-free. Most of our products are vegan, though a few select formulas contain sustainably sourced honey or beeswax; this is always clearly noted on the ingredient list.
