At Tata Harper Skincare, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of products in new or gently used condition within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all glass components are protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return shipment.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange has been processed.
